The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most structured outpatient level of care offered at Firefly Outpatient LLC. PHP is appropriate for individuals who require intensive clinical support for substance use disorders but do not require 24-hour residential or inpatient treatment. PHP services include:

• Multiple hours of treatment per day
• Clinically facilitated group therapy
• Individual counseling sessions
• Substance use education and relapse prevention
• Treatment planning and care coordination

PHP allows clients to receive comprehensive treatment while returning home or to approved housing outside of treatment hours.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured substance use disorder treatment with fewer hours than PHP while maintaining a high level of clinical engagement. IOP services include:

• Group therapy several days per week
• Individual substance use counseling
• Relapse prevention and coping skills development
• Accountability and recovery planning

IOP is appropriate for individuals stepping down from PHP or those who require more structure than standard outpatient care.

The Outpatient Program (OP) offers ongoing clinical support for individuals who have achieved a degree of stability in recovery and benefit from continued treatment at a lower intensity. OP services focus on:

• Maintaining sobriety
• Strengthening recovery skills
• Ongoing accountability and support
• Long-term treatment engagement

OP is often appropriate for individuals transitioning from IOP or those seeking continued clinical support while living independently.

All clients begin treatment with a comprehensive clinical assessment. Levels of care are determined based on medical necessity, clinical presentation, and individualized treatment needs. Clients may transition between levels of care as clinically appropriate.
